The “Split Payments” section allows you to enable and configure the split payment functionality for your customers during the checkout process. Split payments allow customers to divide their total payment into multiple installments or payment methods.
- Split Payments Design:
- Text Size: Adjust the font size for the split payment text and labels.
- Background Color: Set the background color for the split payment section.
- Border Radius: Control the roundness of the corners for the split payment section.
- Padding Horizontal/Vertical: Adjust the horizontal and vertical spacing within the split payment section.
- Split Payments Settings:
- Split Payments Text: Customize the text that explains the split payment option to your customers. You can use placeholders like {{INSTALLMENTS}} and {{SPLIT_PAYMENT}} to dynamically show the number of installments and the split payment amount.
- Split Payments Provider: Select the payment providers you want to offer for split payments. The available options include Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, and others.
- Payments Provider Image Url: You can upload a custom image or logo for the split payment provider by clicking the “Click here to upload image” link.
- Select Split Payments Quantity: Choose the number of installments or split payments you want to offer to your customers.
The “Add Split Payments” button allows you to add multiple split payment options if you wish to offer different installment plans or payment providers.
The “Disable” button at the top right corner gives you the option to disable the split payment functionality entirely.
By configuring the split payments section, you can provide your customers with flexible payment options, allowing them to break down their total payment into smaller, more manageable installments or combine multiple payment methods during checkout.
